We co-hosted a “kick-off” meeting to give the tenants an idea of what to expect before, during and after their new roof was installed. ERW brought a timeline, a sample of the materials being used, and even attached their contact information for our tenants. They communicated if there were any changes to the timeline and over communicated during the complete roofing process. They have been excellent through the complete process.
